swapmysim

I go to swapmysim.o2.co.uk, enter my mobile, check the 'not a business number' option, click submit, wait about a minute and eventually the browser says it can't open the page http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/validatempn

A few minutes later I receive a code on my phone but I can't find a way to enter the code without starting the process again. After 3 goes it says I reached the maximum for the day. I've tried this for a few days and I've tried different browsers with the same result.

What am I doing wrong?
