stolen phone

I had  my phone stolen last night - so I have NO phone - cannot find the webchat link and when I did - the chat bot did not understand my question!!!  The only info I can find is a phone number!!!! And it says it needs to be reported within 24 hours.  Am not close to someone who could lend me a device nor  a landline and cannot get to an O2 shop as the nearest one is miles away and I work all day
