stolen phone replacement

My phone got stolen and my new phone arrived today but the screen is full of scratches. My phone was new, no scratches whatsoever and I have to pay £90 for a scratched phone? Is there anything I can do?

Your replacement phone is never guaranteed to be a new phone, but it shouldn't come covered in scratches... 

You best bet is to contact o2 on Social Media, and they should be able to help
