Ordered my new Note 4 on Saturday around 13.30 & got all their new online t&cs crap done by 14.00, which is all within the 10pm friday - 10pm sunday window for delivery on Monday and nothing has turned up, plus on myO2 it just says 'in progress'. Yeah excellent service there

You dont know the half of it. it turns out My upgrade was free because I was a phones4u customer, but the person I spoke to at 8am on saturday had no idea how to waiver the early upgrade cost. Luckily the guy I spoke to at 12.30 was part of the team that rang round the phones4u customers, so he was able to sort It out and he had to go round the office telling all the others.

Nothing on the box itself to denote the colour. Simply the Model number Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F
The only indication of colour is on the IMEI sticker. There is also no SKU number on the box.
So presumably there is no IMEI sticker which doubles as one of the box seals....

The inner lid on mine is black and a quarter of an inch wide....clearly visible. My phone is Charcoal Black so if that's an indication why would O2 need to check with Samsung? They must have had both colours originally and it would have been a blindingly obvious giveaway...
