so much for O2 next day delivery

Ordered my new Note 4 on Saturday around 13.30 & got all their new online t&cs crap done by 14.00, which is all within the 10pm friday - 10pm sunday window for delivery on Monday and nothing has turned up, plus on myO2 it just says 'in progress'.   Yeah excellent service there

We do see a few similar threads about the 'next day delivery' claim.

Did you get any tracking info to your in box or spam in box ?

Maybe ring O2 on 202 to ask.

I ordered Saturday as well. Promised Monday delivery as well.

In progress most definitely actually means "out of stock". It seems O2 didn't get many Note 4's as they sold out very quickly. Unfortunately the website didn't update with the same speed 😞

Just had yet another go at O2 customer services. Apparently the note 4 is in stock but the boxes don't state which colour. They have been liaising with Samsung to tell back From white & orders SHOULD be sent tomorrow
