i have a router and have a PAYG sim for data, which i have activated and added credit.
why won't it work

sorry but i don't understand where / how i would enter this information.
I have a huawei cube which when purchased came with a Three sim which, despite working, the speed was shocking.
I have been told the 02 is fastest for my area but i just can't get it to connect to the www.
How do i speak to the O2 staff via chat?

Look in your manual for the router or Google for how to do it.
