Anyone else have the the same problem I have had to complain in the end 

I purchased a phone for my daughter and got the wrong one . I wished to return the phone but there is no way of accessing the returns form on the 02 website you can find the form by doing an internet search as per 02 community but I was not sure if a genuine form or not. On my02 I cannot access the form. I cannot see how to let 02 know I wish to return my device and get the QR returns code or jiffy bag to return the phone in. I have spent several hours and even went onto my local store who were very nice but told me they could not accept my phone either. The process is very poor. I have been an 02 customer for many years and all my family have contracts with 02 but I am looking at another provider in the future. Really disappointing odd that the 02 website seems to be almost deliberately confusing sending you on a loop from contact us to help about returns policy and back again. Is this a deliberate policy to obfuscate to reduce returns?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
