repair tracking service is down

My phone went off for a repair earlier this week.  I want to check progress but th esite sppears to be down

If it's O2 doing the repair it'll probably be more than the tracking that's down.

That tracking site rarely works. I used it once & didn't work at all

I noticed some answers implying O2 repair is not very good, more info please 

I used that link to check it is not just me, I have tried it from work and home , I get the same result.

I tried the link too and couldn't get on.
Anovo who o2 contract out repairs to are notorious on here for inventing issues that render the item out of warranty - hence our hesitance to use them.
