Same problem here...email says...
We're sending your phone to our repair centre to get it up and running again. We'll let you know when it's there.
In the meantime, you can track it online, go to www.o2.co.uk/repairs and type in your repair number 0813070000814 and your postcode.
Thanks

Edited to add....I know you have tried one or two. Just not sure if this one is working.

that link gives the lovely 'no repair found' message
did you know that if you send your phone off to be repaired with a sim card reader fault....O2 repairs will send it back to with the message no fault found because they didn't put a sim card in to test the phone?

I've tried that sadly they were unable to help and advised me to try the above website.
Did you know that O2 customer services will keep you on hold for 2 hours because they are incapable of diserning the difference between your contract and your daughters contract.

Best to send it the manufacturer if you get it back unrepaired.
.....and yes we know all about those did you knows

oh, how about this one....lol
did you know that O2 sales will not accept an email confirmation as 'proof of purchase' even the email they send you which was titled 'proof of purchase'. Instead you must print off the proof of purchase they sent you to send back to them to 'prove your purchase'

No that's a new one but I've long since ceased to be amazed at O2's unique business implementation.....
