remove bolt on

can anyone tell me how to remove a travel bolt on that i did not ask for? I am abroad and can not get to speak to a guru.  They are charging me 4.99 a day.

Log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and remove it from there by cancelling the bolt on.
Be aware though that any data used today will be charged at £6 per mb so do it on a day with no data usage.

I have been on my o2 for about  2 hours they just put you round in circles you can add botl ons but not remove them.  I can text but it will cost me another 6 pounds. Thanks anyway

I can cancel mine in my MyO2.
But if you have already been on to CS they can remove it for you too.
