Who do i contact or where do i go to get my sim unblocked, if the puk has been disabled ??

Yes a new sim is the only way now.
The store will transfer your number to a new sim for you.

@tomas96 You can access your PUK if you log in to your My O2 account. Scroll down to find your device details on the left of the page.

The code has been put in wrong 10 times and is now saying PUK locked, do i now have to go to a store to get a replacement with the same number or can this sim still be unlocked ?
