Thanks MI5, due to bit of trouble connecting earlier I couldn't get that page to load.

 

Working now so what happened I don't know.

If you ring them on 202 they'll arrange it but I'm sure there is a charge.

 

Could you not print it out from MyO2?

I still get a free paper bill every month, not the full itemised one but a VAT summary.

I believe anyone who always had one gets them free, O2 don't seem too clear on this.
