how do I get my photos now on my laptop or any picture anywhere on the internet to say: in an email - on O2C - on a popular social media site etc?

I just open the screenshot in a programme called Paint. I'm not sure to be honest if that comes preinstalled on Windows 7 or whether it's part of Microsoft Office. My memory ain't too clear these days

Yes it's Paint and does come installed with windows 7 :

I have got Paint on here (Windows 7) I saw it the other day and thought 'mmmm what's that for?' Now I know...thanks again

FYI, it has been bundled with every version of Windows, all the way from 1.0!
