I need some help folks....my original Xperia L4 went for repair via 02 as the screen sensors were faulty. When it came back the handset had developed a new fault - no service. The SIM card is fine (I am having to use it in a dual SIM work phone at present). This was sent for repair, again via o2. I was advised it was beyond repair and was issued with a replacement L4. When I attempted to set it up the same issue occurred (I know). Shop staff have tried everything, even inserting their own 02 SIM cards.
The replacement handset has now been sent for repair.
SIf anyone has had a similar experience, at what point did a new phone get discussed/issued?

A new phone is at the discretion of the repair company.
Most are refurbished but I would certainly raise it with them considering what's gone before.
