Yes. I ahve a tracking number but it says it has been in the 'sortation centre' since last sunday and they advised it would be delivered yesterday. I paid extra for a morning delivery slot which has been a total waste of money. I have been tring to call customer services but apparently t is not an essential issue so they cut me off.

Call again, they can update you
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
