Yes been contacting them all week with no answers from delivery company or O2 eventually on Friday they decided to send me a new phone so I would try to get in contact with cs keep trying, what does it say on your tracking page on the couriers website?

@hazel4 Have you received a dispatch email with a tracking number? If you haven't had that, it's very possible that your phone isn't in stock. O2's stock reporting isn't live.

Yes.  I ahve a tracking number but it says it has been in the 'sortation centre' since last sunday and they advised it would be delivered yesterday.  I paid extra for a morning delivery slot which has been a total waste of money.  I have been tring to call customer services but apparently t is not an essential issue so they cut me off.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
