Hi @Anonymous  The only way to do this is by ringing customer services. Your friend will have to phone as it's her account, if you are with her when she calls...they will speak to you with her permission..Hopefully they will let you pay her bill https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Payments can be made through http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but any way you try to pay will require all account details

Depending on how old the debt is @Anonymous, it may have been passed to an external debt collection agency if the line has been disconnected for some time, which I guess it may have been if the number has been forgotten. Has she received any letters or other contact from companies such as Moorcroft, Wescot or Lowell do you know? If so then she/you would need to contact them directly, and use their own reference numbers from the correspondence to access the account.

If your friend doesn't know the relevant mobile phone number (which can be found on emails received from O2 in many cases) then the best bet is for her to call Customer Services and provide alternative details which can be used to search - name and address, email address, simcard number and even the Direct Debit GED reference from previous payments can all be used, although when she is calling without the account or mobile number it's likely that the advisor will need to ask a few additional security questions before being able to discuss the account. Assuming the debt is still with O2, you'd need to ask to speak to the Payment Management team who will be able to sort out payment with you. slight_smile

I work for O2, however any advice or opinion given in this community should be considered my own and not necessarily representative of Telefónica UK Limited.
