ordering sim card abroad

I lost my phone and am living in Berlin. 

 

Can I get a new SIM card sent to me here?

O2 will only send to a UK address so you will need to get is sent to a friend or relative and ask them to forward it on to you.

Is your account still registered to a UK address? They would  normally only send the sim to the address on your account which as far as I know would have to be a UK address. Your best option is to call them and explain if you want it delivered to an alternate address here in the UK.
