Hi i want to order a new phone for monthly plan  ..but after its finish the security bank i got this message on the web o2 .."

 

 

Unable to continue

Your order can't be completed.

As well as our credit scoring system, we use business policies to check all new applications. This time, you didn’t meet the minimum level.

Our business policies are commercially sensitive, so we're unable to tell you the specific reason for rejecting your application."

@Mars you could try for a sim only deal and use your current phone. This will improve your credit rating with O2 and allow you to upgrade to a full contract with phone after 3 months if you pay your bills on time by direct debit.
