I used the online chat service yesterday to ask for my PAC code but find today, the chat funnction is removed from my account. Why?

Until you actually leave the network and your account becomes inactive, chat will most certainly not have been removed. Try another browser or clear cache and cookies. If you are using the app it may be a temporary issue.

Thanks! I haven't even got my PAC yet as they re-directied me to chat with the Re-contract team. But I waited online and waited, no one from that team chated to me!!! So, will try to phone 202 today and if still no success, will go into store in person. Really annoying...
