old phone bill

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,
I bought a new sim to go with a phone I was given and in turn created a new account on a different e-mail address to go with it.
I'm now paying for both my old and new phones still, despite not using the old one. How do I cancel the number of my previous phone?
Thanks

Just phone 202, choose the option for leaving and give 30 days notice. They will purposive a bill for you. If you have a direct debit on the account wait until you get a zero balance bill before cancelling it.
