I got frozen out of my o2 rewards account, i contacted them via chat and was messaging with an advisor for 20 minutes who was no help at all and just kept telling me how to log into o2 rewards. eventually i called customer services who weren't much help either. Told me i need to go into an o2 store to collect my rewards. Problem being that it will cost me £8 to go to the city (i live in a village) to collect my £10 reward voucher as I dont want credit on my phone.
Is there any other way of doing this without going in store (for what will end up being a £2 voucher once I've paid the bus fare!)?

Hi @Anonymous You do know that you lose your rewards if you don't claim them within that quarter?

You need to contact CS again and ask them to reset your rewards account...
