Hi, I've tried contacting o2 Returns and Repair Dept. today as I was promised a replacement phone last week, I was kept on hold for over 30 mins. while they tried to put me through in the end I had to hang up this is ridiculous. Is there a number that I can ring direct. David :manfrustrated::manmad:

You can only contact O2 via the numbers in "Contact us" at the foot of the page, the dept you want is not customer facing.
