Anybody else having trouble with speaking to an o2 guru on live chat? i would call but its my sim that i have a problem with so cant use my phone or do much else but wait!

@Anonymous.....definitely the best option is to go instore. At least you will have a chance of the issue being resolved immediately....

However, if you decide to try and contact O2 again the best time to call is between 8-8.30am ...http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You'll have to keep trying I'm afraid.
Some problems just lately unfortunately or you could go to an o2 shop.
