I've been having non stop issues since i've signed up. My number port hasn't gone over since the 13th, called up numerous times and always told we'll raise a case and someone will get back to you within 5 working days with nothing happening. Raised another case today so will wait another 5 days. My current issue here is to do with the o2 extras, i know i have 28 days from the time i've signed up to redeem an extra however when i choose Disney+ and then enter my security code sent to my phone i get a page that says
Can i get any help? The agent i spoke to today said he's added it to my account but i have no information on my account on how to manager the extra...
Also want to add that i've tried this both on the myo2 app and online through a web browser.
