I have been with o2 for many,many years because the coverage was great now I am having difficulty in getting connected at home ,'No service', 'one or no bars' my son and daughter are all having the same problem why?

Although the signal (carrier) is there (sometimes) calls are redirected to voice mail and texts take upto a day to be received. If I move out of the South Feltham area Every thing works as it should do!

This problem Aerial/converter/reciever/transmiter what ever you want to cover the problem with is, that the service network does not work!!! and it has been like it for 3/4 mths - outside the area it works fine!this is not just me its 60 phones and counting!
