o2 coverage in Feltham

I have been with o2 for many,many years because the coverage was great now I am having difficulty in getting connected at home ,'No service', 'one or no bars' my son and daughter are all having the same problem why?

Hi The status report for my area shows no problems with phone calls and texts indoors or outdoors. Yet I was told the reason my reception dropped off when i moved 1/4mile across the small town was that a mast was out of commission and unlikely to be repaired. Despite numerous discussions the reception has not been improved - I cannot use the phone at home indoors or out and can only send texts by leaving the phone on certain window sills. So do not rely on the status or the hope of repairs, they still assert that 2g coverage is good in my area!

Although the signal (carrier) is there (sometimes) calls are redirected to voice mail and texts take upto a day to be received. If I move out of the South Feltham area Every thing works as it should do!

This problem Aerial/converter/reciever/transmiter what ever you want to cover the problem with is, that the service network does not work!!! and it has been like it for 3/4 mths - outside the area it works fine!this is not just me its 60 phones and counting!
