o2 Webmail

I used to access my o2 mail account with my other email but since 10th August no new mails have downloaded, think it may be to do with Windows 10 being forced on everyone, so I thought I would log into my o2 account and access it there but unfortunately that's a no no too.  Tried speaking to them but "they only have limited capabilities" and couldn't help.  Anybody know how I can get access to my emails please

Sounds as if this is another customer who had no communication from O2. The only thing we can suggest now is to set up another email address and let your contacts know of the change asap @Anonymous

Thanks Cleoriff, I do have hotmail address but kept o2 for bills etc so they didn't get lost amongst all the others.  Shall have to try and remember who and let them know.  My son's with o2 as well shall have to let him know too, it's good we're kept informed.

Another one who didn't know @Toby
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have 2 email addresses as I like to keep some things separate. BT Internet is my main one...but I have Gmail as well. I do actually find Gmail very good @Anonymous

I only ever used o2 email as a throwaway address and even now some 3 years later, I still logvinto various websites with it.

I found it very basic and god forbid you wrote a long email because it would just disappear without saving a draft. Migrating to GMail was the best thing I did though I now access it via Outlook.

It's the obvious choice.
