Any ideas on how I can resolve the following please, I've just copied the review I've left on TrustPilot.... Cheers.
So, they received my iPhone 11 Pro Max a week on Monday ago, they emailed to say payment will be made that day (Monday 7 Dec 2020), fast forward to Wednesday 16 Dec 2020, still no payment. No replies to emails and they don't answer the phone! I want my £578 please ! I have all the evidence, I would rather not have to waste my time going to trading standards however, I feel that I have no choice. I am currently on hold to yourselves and wondering if you will ever answer and is there any need to play the same on hold song over and over again.
