Mam pytanie dlaczego podany numer PAC przez operatora nie da się zapisać podany jako jako że czyta to operatora nie ma lektorek tylko od razu numery szlagowe trafia trzy razy do samo podaja przez telefon  czy ktoś mial taki problem chce przejśc do GIFF Gaff przy wpisywaniu podanych cyfr pojawia się bląd wpisz poprawny kod przeciez piszę po kilka razy to samo i nadal błąd

As many of the guidelines are no longer followed it might be worth a complete rewrite now we have new management?

Seems to me that there are many who don't search therefore won't find the guidelines. We see the same questions time and time again......eg PAC, change my payment date, change my bank details etc etc

Having said that we don't know how many do read them after a search.

it wasn't a criticism at all @MercedesS it was simply a request for clarification.

I am sure many of the regulars here will remember the occasion when someone new posted a question in Polish.

I, along with some others, responded using google translate in Polish. Overnight one of the moderators deleted the whole post!! (Due to the stance of only posting in English) This is what cause a real furore and it was agreed by Toby (I think) that O2 forum prefer English and have to ask for this to be posted....however, we were given leeway to reply in Polish with an English translation (to show other forum members what was being said)

Thanks for explaining @Cleoriff! I don't think you should help users posting in other languages! But to be honest, I was proud and impressed when I saw all the regulars helping, that I coudnt resit myself!!! Mexican Wave
