Hi, my delightful husband has managed to mangle his sim, now this might seem a very silly question, but seriously, i've never had to deal with a mangle sim before.
How do i replace it? Do i just buy a new sim and have his number transfered or do i order one from o2? The latter of which i am probably not going to be able to do under the present circumstances.
Any help out there? Thanks x

No, I thought I had, but o2 managed to completely mess it up. Did everything the bot told me to do. The text that was supposed to come, didnt land, so i rang after a while to give it time and to be fair. Called them up, only for them to deactivate the wrong sim. Called them again. I still have no phone, however I think, only think mind, they activated the new sim now for the right phone. After 10 years+ using o2, i have to say, i am not very satisfied.

Got it sorted thanks to a nice person at o2 called Raj. Crisis averted.
