Hello. I have a nokia phone and pay O2 approx £10 monthly.

My grandson intends giving me his old smartphone.

You sent me the PAC  so will change over when he gets his new phone.

My daughter will pay for my use of the smart phone via her own provider.

Is there any charge associated with leaving O2?

No charge at all unless there is a contract in place in which case that will have to be paid up. Otherwise no fees at all.

I'm a sim only customer how do I find out or cancel my contract if I wanted to go to another provider. It says i am due an upgrade with 02 but wanted to see what other options are available elsewhere first.
