I am trying to connect to My 02 to heck my latest bill which I have done many times before but keep getting the message " browser doesn't support MY 02 upgrade to latest version" has something changed? Can anyone help please? Gill

The website has been gliding a lot recently and my O2 does go down for maintenance every night around midnight for an hour or so.
Try again this morning and if you still can't access it try cleaning the browser cache and cookies. Which browser are you using?

Hi @Anonymous I have just checked mine this morning via my phone (android) and PC....all working well. Looking at the time you posted I think it would have been a 'glitch'. Sad to say the O2 site has had many access problems the past few days. Not all is resolved ..
