my samsung tablet has not arrived.

i ordered a tablet on the 31st of october, i reciveved the simcard and a text to say both will be posted through my letter box - yet only the simcard has arrived. trying to get through to o2 is a joke over  30 min wait everyday. 

i am concerned

30 min wait times are shorter than it has been of late so keep trying - usually first thing in the morning is best time to call.

Actually no. It's a pity this forum doesnt allow you to see who else has posted before you press send.

Another forum I belong to does allow that. Then you can cancel without sending...

You should receive delivery texts from the courier service. It won't be posted through your letter box .
