I am in Europe for a week and want to ration my data but every time I check my data usage it has not changed significantly. I have been here for 3 days. O2 says "Your data usage is updated within 30 minutes in My 02 for UK data. Data used in our Europe Zone* may take up to 24 hours to update" but I don't believe it has updated. I have had this issue before.

I don't want to suddenly get a warning that I am at my limit. What do I do?

Reset the data counter in your phone settings and keep checking it.

If you have an Android you can also set your own daily limits.
