mailbox was full have deleted emails but mailbox still not receiving emails been like this for a month now

You need to supply more information so members can help you. Are you talking about your phone or your PC. Mobile or Home Broadband? If your phone, what phone do you have?

Have you deleted your sent and deleted items also as they could also count towards your mailbox capacity?
