lost phone

sent my 5th s3 in for repair and guess what o2 have lost it it was delivered on the 22nd and dont know where it is now so after hours on the phone they decided to send me a replacement but a nice man called alan from returnes n repairs surgested i try another phone after him serching and finding phones what was in stock i had 3 options a galaxy note 2 a htc one x+ or a iphone 4s ive now moved from a android to a iphone hope it all works out but this service from o2 is down right laps a daisy sort your selfs out one contract up in september 13 will not b renwing also moved broadband n phone b4 sky took over got great deal full package for 24.99 mnt and o2 got one over me there cut me off 10 days b4 change over and then 2 months for refund but all in all had a platinum number of them 10 yrs ago for free now worth 1500 pounds anyone intrested lol thanks for reading this rant
