Try a different browser (o2 website doesn't play too well with Edge) or clear cache and cookies.

I'm going slightly mad and need help!  Live chat is always there when I don't need it, but for the last 12 hours or so I have been totally stranded!

Any advice out there, lovely 02 community...

I have ordered a new phone because my old one stopped sending and receiving texts and calls.  And that's where the problem starts, because to turn my new phone 'on' I need to send a text message ('Swap') on my old phone, so they can send me a code, etc etc.  Obviously I have come to a standstill, and my next step is to contact 02 and speak to a human - which is impossible on a broken phone and a new one that still is not recognised - so I tried Live Chat and they've all gone out for a team meal or something!

Can anyone suggest anything else I can do to get my phones swapped?

@AnonymousI have just tried it on my PC and seems to be working ok? I am using Firefox with a Win 10 PC...It also works on Chrome..

It can be done in store too.

Just take some ID with you, passport, driving license etc.
