It's probably something you have bought by clicking on a link. FB is the worst offender for this
They then charge it to your mobile
You need to find out which company charged you this amount contact them and ask for a refund
You also need to call customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and ask for these bars to be placed on your account
- Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
- Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
