I am switching my broadband services to a new provider for the next two years but I will still be with 02 for my mobile phone services, which was switched over to 02 by virginmedia. Can I keep my 'ntlworld' email address by being with 02 or will I lose it by switching my broadband services to another provider?

You will lose it if you move away from Virgin.

Virgin Media will give you 90 days to access your email account after you switch providers. After that 90-day period, the account will be closed and all your messages and contacts will be deleted.

Thanks for the feedback. What I suspected. Have made plans but was hoping there might be a way to avoid the extra work of changing email addresses with all my online accounts 😕
