I am new to O2. I ordered a Sim only and gave my PAC details at the time of ordering. The Sim arrived on Monday and is installed and activated. I had expected an email from O2 to confirm that they were transferring my old number but that did not arrive. To be sure I then completed the form again (before 5 on Monday). I had expected that the transfer would take place by end of day yesterday but that still hasn't happened. Any advice please?
