i have been to 2 stores, they say they cannot access customer service for my phone, or tell me to call 2020 claiming somone wil answer.
no one wil answer at 202, and eventually call just ends with saying go to website
website doesn't answer my question, and no email contact address.
is there any chance at all of ever getting ahold of someone from customer servcices or is it their policy not to speak to customers ??

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

O2's policy towards their customers during the pandemic has been atrocious. Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just get bounced.
