Hi i was looking to know how much it would be to get my phone fixed it is smashes at the bottom and half the screen is black nothing works when i touch it and cant my passowd in has lines up it

@Aimee8 Paying to repair a four year old iPhone would probably outweigh buying a new or nearly new one. If you're happy with the tariff you're on look for a replacement at CEX or a similar seller. Hopefully you've got everything backed up in the cloud. Don't waste your money on a repair.

My Grandson paid £75 at a repair shop for a new iPhone 11 screen

O2 repairs probably 3x as much

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Phone shop in town by me charges £50 so shop around local to yourself.

Will be much cheaper than buying another.
