iPhone Delivery Cancelled

Hi all,

Yesterday, I got a text from DHL notifying me that my new iPhone is was at the delivery depot and would be delivered tomorrow (today). This morning when I tracked the delivery, it said:

9:48am - Your parcel is at the delivery depot.

10am - We’re sorry but the delivery of consignment has been delayed. Please contact the sender for further information.

I have tried to call 02 but can’t get through and there is no other information. Do I need to reschedule the delivery or does that happen automatically? Is the delivery even an option still?

Would appreciate some help on this.

Might be that there is an issue at the depot.
Wait and see if anything changes tomorrow.

Thanks Mark. I suspect there may have been an issue with the driver or something but would be great to have an update on re-delivery.

The website will probably update again overnight.
If no change tomorrow there is probably a number to call and find out what is going on.

gmarkJ, experiencing the exact problem myself ordered phone last Friday and phone was to be delivered on Monday. And that same message was displayed to me on my delivery day. After endless phone calls to dhl and o2 was told today by DHl customer services they never received the package in the first place and the scan saying it was collected was just done by mistake.

I suppose delivery drivers, like every other key worker, are stretched to the limit currently.

My son works for Parcelforce and he is doing 14 hr shifts.
