I ordered my iPhone pro max on the 1st of October what a joke 34 days in nobody can tell me how much longer I will be waiting so if you’re going to order one you Mite get one by the time the iPhone 15 is out

Down to Apple prioritising their own and corporate  clients and limiting stock to the networks.

O2 can only supply what Apple decide the number they get.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just to add to the above is that FoxConn have been sending people home, and running factories on skeleton staff, in China due to the Zero Covid rules in place.. 

 

So Apple, Dell and lots of others will have there manufacturing reduced again...

Im in same situation and have contacted sales team three times got zero help just told i can wait or cancel and choose another handset…. The customer service from o2 is disgraceful

O2 can only supply what they receive from Apple. As they have given you the option to cancel see if you can get it elsewhere. Apple may have them as they are priority. I believe they have a payments scheme.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
