Just to add to the above is that FoxConn have been sending people home, and running factories on skeleton staff, in China due to the Zero Covid rules in place..
So Apple, Dell and lots of others will have there manufacturing reduced again...

Im in same situation and have contacted sales team three times got zero help just told i can wait or cancel and choose another handset…. The customer service from o2 is disgraceful

O2 can only supply what they receive from Apple. As they have given you the option to cancel see if you can get it elsewhere. Apple may have them as they are priority. I believe they have a payments scheme.
