I’ve just ported to O2, everything works fine except iMessages and FaceTime. Activation unsuccessful. Tried resetting network settings, restarting, removing and placing SIM back in phone, signing out of iMessages / iCloud in other devices/current device, updating “reachable at” phone number in Apple ID - nothing works. Can someone help me ? @O2Sarah - I’ve noticed you have resolved similar issues before?

You need to get a new blank sim from O2 as the old number, pre port, is causing a conflict.
Any O2 store will do this for you or get one by contacting O2 and do a sim swap yourself Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

That’s excellent advice! Got sim swapped in the O2 store, within 4 hours iMessage and FaceTime started working! Thanks !
