HELP, i lost my phone, i got the sim and handset barred but can 02 still track it via GPS??

Not unless you had an app on the phone that you could activate the GPS by text message.

O2 can't use the GPS.

Once the handset has been barred its only use is a doorstop unless connected to wifi.

As Liquid says once its barred tracking apps such as findmyiphone will not work !

While the phone is in the Uk its unusable.
