was told by the online o2 you can i must of been all round the o2 website looking for it

Ok go into My O2 on your PC

Click on billing details

Scroll down to where it says View payment details (you will have to set up a 4 digit pin if you haven't already done so)

Click on it and then click on change payment details.

You can only change it if there are 7 working days clear before the direct debit is due to take.
