how do you live chat with an 02 agent please???

I am new to 02 and want to live chat with an agent....unable to work out how to do this despite pressing contact us online....any ideas please?

I am an o2 customer and have a signal problem that seems to be getting worse, I have spent many sessions with customer services being passed upwards in chain of command to engineers, solutions boffins, manager, last session lasting 3hours total all to no avail, the ultimat insult being o2 know the issue but its my fault because they dont give any promises as regards to signal. Do I live in the outbacks? no I live in Ongar Essex, and its known by o2 that we and Fyfield area have problems, but o2 wash their hands when it comes to solving our issues, disgusting I think

Dont hold your breath I phoned on landline, was added to waiting list, got through after 15min wait to be cut off when agent answered!
