how do i get a joint account with one bill

My huband and i use phones very little. can we get one account with separate numbers and pay only one bill.

You cheapest option would be to switch to a basic pay as you go tariff from either Tesco or giffgaff.

O2 would still need you to have 2 separate accounts and charge you accordingly.
