I have not used my top-up voucher. Can I get a refund

i was in the shop i ask the lady for a 3 network top up voucher she give me a 02 voucher i dont know what i have to do to get refund my 10 pound

Nothing O2 can do either.
It's an error by the shop so they need to fix it.
You could always sell it to someone on O2 I guess?

You need to take it back to the shop you got it from.
They will exchange it for you.

Top ups can be a pain to refund. Your best bet is to sell the top up to another O2 user
